L’iMac aussi, adopte Steam!

Steam sur Mac!? C’est le rêve de pas mal de gamers qui ont un ordinateur à la pomme! C’est chose faite… Steam débarquera donc sur nos Mac dans le courant du mois d’avril 2010. Et avec lui, pas mal de portages suivront.

Dans la logique, à partir de juin 2010, les jeux seront directement « convertis » pour OS X. On attend d’en savoir plus mais c’est déjà une sacrée bonne nouvelle.

Avec le succès des jeux iPhone et iPod Touch sur l’Appstore, la boîte de Mister Jobs a certainement trouvé une voie qu’ils pourraient exploiter à fond: le jeu vidéo. Apple n’est, de toutes façons, pas à son premier coup d’essai… On pense notamment à la Pippin, une console qu’ils avaient fabriqués en colaboration avec Bandai. Méconnue chez nous, il faut dire…

Qui sait… Apple pourrait se relancer en tant que constructeur à l’instar de Microsoft s’ils s’apperçoivent que les jeux sont fructueux sur Mac aussi, l’avenir nous le dira!
